Ruth Hembree

Ruth Hembree has been in dentistry for over 18 years on the operational side. She has worked for a large DSO overseeing practices in several states; she has consulted for dental practices throughout the DFW market and helped start and organize a small dental service organization. 

Her operational and people development experience includes her work for Target as an executive and Victoria’s Secret in store support. In addition, Ruth has experience as a facilitator of the Leadership Challenge and has extensive executive training experience. Currently, Ruth is the senior vice president of practice services for Vivos as well as an instructor at The Vivos Institute, training Vivos Integrated Providers and their teams with implementation support.

Dr. Bahar Esmaili, DDS

Dr. Esmaili grew up in Iran and immigrated to the United States when she was 20 years old to peruse her dream of becoming a doctor. Since graduating with honors from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2009, she has completed numerous advanced Continuing Education courses in the fields of craniofacial pain, TMJ disorder, and airway development, and currently focuses her clinical practice on the connection between oral and whole-body health. 

She holds the prestigious position of being one of 24 North American consultants with 3M as part of the Council of Innovative Dentistry. She also serves as a member of educational committee at American Academy of Craniofacial Pain ( AACP). 

More than just a practitioner, she is a passionate educator and goes out of her way to help her patients understand the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ of the issues for which they’re seeking help. She is a certified personal trainer, specializing in posture corrective and is passionate about interconnectedness of the human body – from head & neck posture to jaw joint alignment to facial muscle tonicity to gait. In light of her profound realization that straight teeth cannot functional on crooked faces, she is on a mission to enlighten practitioners of all kinds of their ability to impact compensatory mechanisms that ultimately lead to the breakdown of our bodies and our health. She is eager to inspire patients and professionals alike to join her on her journey. 

Aaron Stevens

For over 20 years, Dental Sleep Medicine, Orthodontics, TMD, Myofunctional Therapy, Chiropractic, Nutrition, Physical Fitness, Physical Therapy, research, etc. are all integrated parts of Aaron's dental/medical education and experience. It wasn’t until he incorporated his formal University education in human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, etc., with his dental background did he unlock the puzzle of whole-body health. His network includes professionals nationally and internationally: MDs, DOs, DCs, Sleep Physicians, Cardiologists, PTs, Dieticians, Dentists, Dental Specialists, Personal Trainers, Radiologists, Podiatrists, and Biomechanical Engineers. He has dedicated his working life to helping dentists and providing them with ‘the road map’ (diagnostic knowledge and skill sets) to help their patients improve their quality of life and live longer healthier lives. Sleep Dentistry, Epigenetics, Pneumopedics (airway), orthopedics/orthodontics, posture, nutrition, cone beam imaging (CBCT), computerized biometrics, occlusion, orthognathic and craniomandibular function, pharyngometry, rhinometry, occlusion, radiology, treatment concerns, planning insight, consultation services, appliance design, patient integration, and adjustments are just some of the topics he discusses with doctors daily. Jon Caulfield, DDS

Dr. Jon W. Caulfield owns and operates Epic Dentistry in Littleton, Colorado where he takes an integrated, whole health approach to dentistry, specializing in the areas of Sleep, Airway and TMJ. He has been fortunate to work alongside world leaders in neuromuscular occlusion and pneumopedics and is now 

paying it forward, teaching hundreds of dentists worldwide how to integrate solutions for sleep, airway and TMJ into their practices. Dr. Caulfield is an instructor at the Institute for Craniofacial Sleep Medicine and leads the Clinical Advisory and Advocate Program at Vivos Therapeutics. A graduate of University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Caulfield also holds an advanced graduate degree with Occlusion Connections and a diplomate status with the American Sleep and Breathing Academy.

Dr. Susan Sheahan

Dr. Susan Sheahan graduated from Nova SE University and has over 20 years of experience. She is a member of the International Dental Implant Association, Academy of General Dentistry, ADA, FDA, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and an Ambassador of The Breathe Institute. Dr. Sheahan is passionate about Dental Sleep Medicine and how breathing and sleep disorders can lead to many health problems. She is also interested in how a tongue-tie can lead to sleep and breathing disorders and how functional frenuloplasty with myofunctional therapy can improve quality of life. Dr. Sheahan served in the Air Force as a dentist and received advanced training after dental school. She enjoys spending time with her horses and volunteering for her church.

Dr. Lindsay Williams

Dr. Lindsay Williams received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland. She began her journey practicing general dentistry for eight years and eventually started treating patients for sleep and airway. After realizing that this was her passion she decided to hang up her drill and has been dedicated to solely treating patients for sleep and airway ever since. Dr. Williams works at the Vivos Center in Highlands Ranch, Co, treating both adults and children in addition to instructing courses at the Vivos Institute in Denver.
