TAKE YOUR CLINICAL SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL
This two-day, in-person capstone is designed for providers who have completed the foundational NRT and Laura Walls courses and are ready to advance their clinical skills. Led by Laura Walls, M.S., CCC-SLP, and Cynthia Stein, PT, MEd, participants will work with live patients, complex cases, and supervised hands-on techniques while integrating the full Myo-Rhino framework, NRT, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, primitive reflex integration, and airway-focused protocols. Through advanced case review, peer learning, and instructor-guided practice, providers will strengthen their clinical reasoning, treatment sequencing, technique, and confidence.

Master Advanced Myo-Rhino & NRT Application
Refine your skills in Myo-Rhino assessment and Nasal Release Technique through supervised, hands-on practice. Learn how to apply these techniques with greater precision and adapt them to complex patient presentations.
Integrate the Full Clinical Toolkit
Bring together Myo-Rhino assessment, NRT, cranial lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, primitive reflex integration, and airway and sleep protocols to create cohesive, multi-system treatment strategies.
Develop Advanced Clinical Decision-Making
Work through complex cases to learn how to prioritize interventions, sequence treatments, adapt protocols for challenging or non-responsive patients, and integrate findings across multiple body systems into a unified treatment plan.
Apply Advanced Assessment & Outcome Measures
Gain experience using live patient demonstrations, eye tracking technology, PNIF measurements, and pre- and post-treatment outcomes to improve assessment accuracy and objectively evaluate patient progress.
MEET THE EXPERTS
Laura Walls, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience, holds a Masterās degree in Speech and Language Pathology & Audiology from California State University of Hayward. Maintaining memberships with ASHA and possessing a California State License in Speech & Language Pathology, Laura's expertise was further honed through a prestigious fellowship at the Veteranās Administration Hospital in San Francisco.
Specializing in pediatric rehabilitation, Laura's career has been dedicated to patients with swallowing and communication disorders, with additional training in Neonatal Intensive Care. Her extensive background includes pioneering a whole-body approach to Myofunctional Disorders and developing the MyĀ® Program and Oral Placement Appliance (OPA)Ā®.
Beyond clinical practice, Laura is a sought-after speaker, holds a certification as a Child Advocate from University of San Diego, and is proficient in Electro~Equiscope and Nasal Release Technique, contributing significantly to her ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Cynthia is a distinguished physical therapist and educator. She earned her B.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and her M.Ed. in Exercise Physiology from Temple University.
Throughout her career, she has held significant leadership roles, including serving as Chief Physical Therapist at the Philadelphia Naval Hospital and Staff PT at the Annapolis Naval Hospital.
As the founder of Conquer Concussion and former owner of Squirrel Hill Physical Therapy in Pittsburgh, PA, Cynthia has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve true healing through advanced modalities like Nasal Release Technique. Today, she is highly regarded globally for teaching these methods to healthcare practitioners.
