• Dr. Lindsay Williams, who will discuss Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and the importance of understanding sleep screenings
• Aaron Stevens, who will provide deeper insights into CBCT scans.

The MyoSync Team will work closely with you to explore the myofunctional therapist's role in the interdisciplinary management of OSA. Leigh Anne D'Avanzo RDH, QOM

A Dedicated Dental Hygienist and Accomplished Myofunctional Therapist. It’s my pleasure to introduce Leigh Anne – a dental industry veteran with over thirty years of experience. Leigh Anne, along with her husband and three grown children, calls South Florida home. Her extensive expertise in Myofunctional Therapy is highly regarded, having previously owned her own practice where she provided patients with tailored treatments. Presently, Leigh Anne serves as the Vice President of the MyoCorrect Department at Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. Leigh Anne’s qualifications extend beyond her coursework in Myofunctional Therapy to include her “QOM” status, making her a Qualified Orofacial Myologist. Her specialty lies in treating Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders, whether inperson or via Telemedicine. Leigh Anne is passionate about helping individuals become their best selves and takes great pride in her work. When she’s not working, Leigh Anne enjoys shelling at the beach with her loved ones.

Sarah K Hornsby

Sarah Hornsby is a registered dental hygienist, orofacial myofunctional therapist, speaker, mentor, and entrepreneur. In 2014, she founded and created MyoMentor, a comprehensive myofunctional therapy training program for healthcare professionals with over 1,700 graduates as of April 2025. She opened Faceology, her private myofunctional therapy practice, in 2010. Today, it is a thriving telehealth specialty clinic focusing on adult patient populations and complex treatment cases involving sleep apnea and TMD. Although Sarah has become an international speaker and educator, her journey through recognizing and treating her own orofacial myofunctional symptoms is what makes her so passionate about the field and spreading the message about this critical component of health and overall wellness. Sarah is an advocate for providers as much as she is for her patients. Her goal is to empower dentists, hygienists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare providers to elevate the standards of care by helping their patients through healthy breathing, airway dentistry, myofunctional therapy, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
