Patrick McKeown

Patrick McKeown is the creator and CEO of Oxygen Advantage®, Director of Education at Buteyko Clinic International, and President of Buteyko Professionals International. Recognized worldwide as a leading expert on breathing and sleep, he is the bestselling author of The Oxygen Advantage and a sought-after speaker at dental, respiratory, and health conferences.

Living with asthma from a young age, Patrick discovered the Buteyko Method at 26, an experience that transformed his health and inspired his lifelong mission: to help others breathe better, sleep better, and live healthier lives. Since 2002, he has taught the Buteyko Method across the USA, Europe, and Australia, trained thousands of professionals, and authored seven books, including three Amazon bestsellers.
