Learn how myofascial trigger points and muscular imbalances contribute to TMJ pain and referred headache symptoms, and explore effective treatment considerations.
Review key imaging techniques, including CBCT and MRI, to assess joint health, identify disc displacement, and evaluate degenerative changes.
Understand when to use a deprogrammer versus a full occlusal appliance, how to take accurate bite registrations, and best practices for follow-up care.
Discover when chiropractic care can support TMJ treatment, how to identify cases requiring specialist referrals, and when to involve neurologists or ENT professionals for complex presentations.
