Patrick McKeown

Patrick McKeown is the creator and CEO of Oxygen Advantage®, Director of Education at Buteyko Clinic International, and President of Buteyko Professionals International. Recognized worldwide as a leading expert on breathing and sleep, he is the bestselling author of The Oxygen Advantage and a sought-after speaker at dental, respiratory, and health conferences.

Living with asthma from a young age, Patrick discovered the Buteyko Method at 26, an experience that transformed his health and inspired his lifelong mission: to help others breathe better, sleep better, and live healthier lives.
