Tom Nemcek, PHR, SHRM-CP
Tom has his Bachelor's in Human Resources from Xavier University and has spent the past 15 years leading multi-state and international Human Resources teams. Prior to starting with Paragon, Tom worked for a publicly-traded medical device company leading its Human Resources function. Tom has his SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management and a PHR from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Tom's HR passions center around being an advocate for employees, as well as working with managers to ensure that their teams are best motivated for success.
In his spare time, Tom loves to travel with his wife Christi, read history books, and spend time taking their two dogs Bruce (black lab and Corgi mix) and Lenny (Corgi) on walks.
